Senior Soph

I’d love you to meet our beautiful 13 year old calico senior girl, Sophie. 

She has already been through enough in her lifetime. She was abandoned and left to fend for herself, surviving as a rat catcher, but I just can’t bring myself to think of her going back to that life. She deserves so much more. 

She is in excellent health for her age and is currently thriving in her foster home. She has settled beautifully into home life, is incredibly affectionate, loves to curl up next to you on the sofa, and still enjoys playing . 

She isn’t asking for much. Just a warm bed, a loving family, and somewhere to spend her retirement years feeling safe, cherished, and loved. 

Please don’t overlook an older cat just because kittens are filling your newsfeed. Older cats have so much love to give, and they are often the most grateful companions you could ever wish for.
