Liquorice (1 year old) is Frida's kitten making Betty (5 years old) his Auntie. Betty and Liquorice are so bonded that they need to have a home living together. They do ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING TOGETHER!!

Liquorice was only a small kitten when he arrived here back in March with a terrible eye and ear infection. From living as part of a colony of cats all from the same family, each and every one of them had a health issue which we have rectified at the vets. 

​

Frida and Betty had another litter of kittens whilst at the rescue and Liquorice was always close by and wanting to help out with the newborns.  He has such a caring nature and genuinely wants to love and be loved. Now that the younger kittens have been adopted, him and his Auntie potter around the garden.  Both happily playing and are very set in their ways now, they come promptly for mealtimes and when called in for bedtime, they enjoy the comfort of their cosy beds.

Betty is not far behind Liquorice wherever they are, she miaows so quietly you can barely hear her but she is constantly watching over Liquorice and making sure he is out of any mischief.

​

I would want nothing more than for them to get out of the shelter and have a home of their own together.  They don't have the best road sense so a home away from any main roads is best for this lovely duo.  I guarantee that whoever is lucky enough to adopt this beautiful pair will have many years of happiness and fun.

They have both been fully vaccinated, spayed and microchipped and up to date with the flea and worm treatments. ​

​
